Students will obtain the basic knowledge of the diagnostic procedural billing and coding systems for doctor office visits, hospital stays, and emergency room visits. Students will learn how to code and enter information into a computer system and how an invoice is generated and sent to the patient. Students completing this course will receive a course completion certificate for Medical Insurance Billing and Coding.
